Industry 4.0 represents a new paradigm which creates requirements in the area of manufacturing and metrology such as to reduce cost product, flexibility, mass customization, quality high level digitalization, optimization, etc., all contribute smart systems. This paper presents developed inspection planning system based on CMM support within or (MM4.0). The is application three AI techniques engineering ontology (EO), GA ants colony optimization (ACO). consists of: ontological knowledge base; mathematical model for generating strategy initial MP; analysis workpiece setups probe configuration; path simulation MatLab, PTC Creo STEP-NC Machine software, MP by applying ACO. advantage its suitability monitoring measurement process digitalization planning, carried out verification CMM, reduction preparatory time early phase minimizing human involvement errors through intelligent directly influences increased production efficiency, competitiveness, productivity enterprises. measuring experiment was performed using machined prismatic (PW).
